Welkai Cookie Notice
This notice explains the cookies and browser storage used by the Welkai website and apps run by VERTEX REALITY DIGITAL SOLUTION, trading as Welkai.
In short: we use only what is needed to make the website and apps work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies. Because everything listed is strictly necessary, there is no cookie banner to accept.
1. Welkai website (welkai.com)

1.1 The website sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from our own site.
1.2 The website does not load scripts, fonts or content from other companies.
1.3 Links on the website to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote and our Google Form take you to those services, which use their own cookies under their own policies once you open them.
2. Welkai apps (dashboard and booking pages)

2.1 Public booking pages may use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use cookies.
3. Cloudflare security cookies
3.1 Our websites and apps are protected by Cloudflare. When Cloudflare's bot protection is active, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm, which lasts up to 30 minutes, or cf_clearance after a challenge). 4. Payment pages
4.1 When you pay, you are sent to our payment gateway (CHIP). Its pages use their own cookies under CHIP's policies.
5. Your choices
5.1 You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, you cannot log in to the dashboard.
5.2 If we ever want to add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent before setting them.
